This 90-minute deep dive is an invitation to audit your life through a wider lens. We will move past traditional health metrics to evaluate how your environment, relationships, and career impact your overall sense of well-being. By the end of our session, you’ll have a personalized blueprint that addresses your biology alongside your daily lived experience.
This meeting serves as a foundational "check-in" for those considering my longer-term programs, with the session fee credited toward any future three- or six-month enrollment.

A personalized 3-month program to replace quick fixes with lasting habits to enhance your well-being. As your coach, I provide a trusting, supportive environment in which you discover how best to navigate challenges and move forward towards greater flourishing. Session 1 includes a review of your completed Wellness Assessment, a design of your Wellness Vision, and ongoing Goal Setting. This first session is followed by 30-minute biweekly sessions plus email text and support.
We will dance to your unique rhythm, so you finish with the tools, confidence, and habits for lifelong well-being.

This program is simply an extended version of the 3-month program. Real sustainable change takes time, especially across multiple wellness dimensions.
This longer version includes one 90-minute discovery/ review session with Assessment review, Wellness Vision creation and Goal Setting. As with the 3-Month Program, this first session is followed by 30-minute bi-weekly sessions with ongoing message support.

How to get started?
What is the first initial step upon the launch of the Coaching Partnership?
Through a complimentary consultation we will discuss a coaching contract to clarify the process and expectations.
How does the Coach prepare in advance for the initial session?
Prior to the initial session, you will fill out a detailed assessment which provides basic background information, areas of focus, and any medical conditions that may be relevant to the coaching journey.
Together we will create a Wellness Vision which will include a collaborative Roadmap towards reaching the top of your “Mt. Best-Self.” I will help you set SMART behavioral goals in at least one area of well-being. The Six Dimensions of Wellness (Hettler, 1976) will be referenced to provide you with specific areas in which to focus and set goals.
What does the first coaching session look like?
We will review how things went regarding each goal set and discuss the Glows and Grows of the experience. I will be fully present to provide space for self-discovery around new pathways of thinking towards lasting and sustainable change.
